I had such a great experience with Team Toyota! It was truly a night-and-day difference from my previous experience. Alex was my service rep, and the service manager, Brian or Ben (I’m sorry I can’t remember!), went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and worked with me to make sure I could safely stay on the road with new brakes. I really felt like they cared about finding the best solution for me rather than just treating me like another customer. Amazing service all around. I recently brought my 2024 GR Corolla to Team Toyota of Princeton for its 40,000-mile service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Team Toyota of Princeton stood out because of their factory-trained master technicians with experience servicing GR models, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. They performed the complete 40,000-mile service, including the transmission, differential, brake, and engine maintenance, with professionalism and attention to detail. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my car was in the hands of technicians who understand these cars rather than treating them like an ordinary Corolla. The entire service department was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. As someone who plans on keeping my GR Corolla for many years, having a dealership I can trust is invaluable. I had a great experience at the Princeton Toyota Service Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and customer-focused, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to work while waiting. I also appreciated the timely updates throughout the service. I’ve been going to Team Toyota for many years, and have always had a good experience there. I have found them to be very honest and fair, and never feel like they’re pushing to do unnecessary work. The employees have been universally helpful and pleasant, and are very good about explaining the work being done and keeping you informed about the status of your vehicle. I appreciate the flexible hours (especially evenings) and the comfortable waiting area.
